i got a spot of hamstring tendonitis in the right leg (self-diagnosis) and i'm currently sleeping with a towel secured about the injury to help with circulation and healing. got the injury from overtraining: sprints, jumps, and pistols too close together.
also i have decided to ditch the one-arm push ups in favor of planche training until my nosebleeds stop for a while. i have a nick on the artery in my left nostril and any time i experience high blood pressure in the region i reopen the wound.
back troubles have subsided for the most part; occasional discomfort when i use my back heavily.
right wrist has slight discomfort from external rotation probably from the sledge levering. i am cutting out sledging for pinch lifting. the problem might also be exacerbated by the extreme extension from planche training
