reduced carbohydrate intake

i've never been fat so i can't say anything about fat loss other than what i've heard but after a few months of trial on a reduced carbohydrate diet i can say that i have noticed:
increased energy (more aggressive, alert)
my stools looking better digested (darker, more compacted)
the ability to still gain weight

only cons would be that you don't get full in the traditional sense and that its hard to eat out. basically my ideal meals consist of a bunch of meat and veggies and a handful of carbs.
