lately i've been overwhelmed with school: no sleep, no food, no money, and no training. my weight has gone down to about 137lbs. i'm hoping that as i get the groove of things i will be able to pack lunch, get enough sleep, and manage to get in a few workouts a week.
i also want to get more involved in the mental aspect of training hard. i want to be prepared to push myself even when i am not at my best.
