enter the interval timer

i got a gymboss interval timer which i recommend to anyone who wants to take exercise routine more seriously. since i've gotten it, i've started experimenting with many sets of single near max reps at 5 minute intervals. by near max, i mean maximum intensity but for only 2-3 seconds. i've applied it to oap, oac, dflags, and grippers but its too early to say how effective this training will be. Overall, the timer really keeps you on track with your workout so i highly recommend it.

ps if you're teaching someone how to do the armbar make sure to tell them to take it easy.
